There has been no sewing, knitting, craft of any kind happening in this house since before Christmas. For those who don't know I broke the scaphoid bone in my hand on 28th December outside AAMI park in Melbourne. Tomorrow the cast comes off, I have my hand x-rayed and then see an orthopaedic surgeon, the prognosis is if it has healed then YEAH sewing machine here I come. If it hasn't (I'm not sure it has) it could be another 4 weeks in plaster and then maybe surgery.

Oh, I did not know - hope it is good news for you!
I had no idea that you broke your arm. Hopefully all will be healed and you will be ready to sew.
hope it is okay now,not much fun if you cant sew.
